We’re a family-owned farming operation, and we’re passionate about beef. For generations, the Willowvale family has worked the same Australian land—learning its rhythms, respecting its limits, and raising cattle the way it was meant to be done. 100% Angus

Breed matters — and our beef is 100% Angus. Not a blend, not “mostly,” but a single, proven breed renowned the world over for the consistent quality of its meat. It’s a claim very few producers can make and it brings out the best in the way we and our farming partners work the land.

But great genetics only matter if what reaches your plate is reliable: consistent marbling, tenderness, flavour and portion size, all year round. Grass-fed and grass-finished beef is harder to keep consistent than conventional beef — which is exactly why our disciplined, carefully thought out approach to nutrition and husbandry sets our beef apart.

It starts with how our cattle live

Our cattle are free to roam on open pasture from the day they’re born and they’re finished on grass and forage.  When the seasons call for it, we supplement their grazing with grass-based forage (silage) cut from the very same paddocks they live on.  Same grass, same paddocks, start to finish.

No grain. No added growth hormones. No antibiotics. No GMOs. Just cattle doing what cattle are meant to do.
